The service

These terms govern use of the MoviHero website and its features. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. Nothing here removes rights or protections that applicable law gives you and that cannot be waived.

We may add, change, suspend, or remove features or content. Access may be interrupted for maintenance, technical issues, security, or other reasons.

Movie information and scores

Movie facts, release dates, cast information, images, trailers, availability, scores, and recommendations may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Availability can differ by country, subscription, and date. Confirm prices, access conditions, and age ratings with the relevant provider before making a decision.

MoviHero uses automated processing and AI-assisted analysis to prepare some guidance. Our scores and Watch Profiles express an assessment of movie fit; they are not a guarantee that you will enjoy a film. Descriptions, character guides, and trailers may reveal plot details or mature themes. Use official age ratings and your own judgment when choosing content.

Watch links and other providers

Links can take you to independent streaming services, retailers, affiliate networks, or other websites. Those services set their own prices, availability, subscriptions, refund rules, privacy practices, and terms. Transactions take place with the relevant provider, not MoviHero.

Responsible use

• Use the site lawfully and respect the rights of other people.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass security controls, overload the service, distribute malware, or interfere with its operation.

Messages, votes, and saved choices

Submit only information you are entitled to provide. You retain any rights you have in messages or other material you submit. You allow us to store and use it as needed to handle your request, operate the relevant feature, and protect the service. Voting contributions may be combined into public aggregate results. Contact messages are not public posts.

Saved choices depend on your browser’s storage and can be lost when that data is cleared or the browser changes. They should not be treated as a guaranteed backup. Our Privacy Policy describes information handling and available choices.

We may reject or remove submissions, limit abusive activity, or restrict access to protect the service and its users.

Content and rights

Rights in MoviHero’s original branding, interface, and content remain with their respective owners. Movie titles, posters, stills, trailers, names, trademarks, and third-party information remain subject to the rights of their owners and any applicable licenses.

You may browse the site for personal movie discovery and share links to its pages. These terms do not grant a license to republish third-party media or copy the site’s content for commercial redistribution. Uses permitted by applicable law remain unaffected.

If you believe material on MoviHero infringes your rights, use the contact form. Identify the page, the material concerned, your basis for the request, and a way to reply. Do not submit sensitive identity documents through the form.

Availability and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site and its information are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without a promise of uninterrupted access, complete accuracy, or suitability for a particular purpose.
